The French National Assemby or “Parliament” requested from the Ministry of defense of its country, to “blur” the Algeria war archives pertaining to the “Harkis” and to personnel management of the sinister teams of the so-called “SAS” offices by blocking their access to the public permanently at the National Archives Centre for French overseas territories in the city of Aix-en-Provence in the South of the country.

The official request was filed to the French defense ministry by MP John Francois Monsal representing the UMP party of former French President Nicholas Sarkozy and dates back to June 2nd 2015.

The MP ostensibly wants to draw the attention of the Secretary of State for the Ministry of defense in charge of war veterans, about the war archives related to  the hideous acts of the management teams of “SAS” offices in Algeria itself, which the general public can browse at will   in addition to foreign investigators, at the national archives center of the overseas territories in the southern region of Aix en Provence.

The move aimed at “obliterating” these somber archives laying bare the horrendous misdeeds committed by the sinister “SAS” armed brigades against innocent Algerians during the Algerian independence struggle from 1954 to 1962 was justified by the pretext of ensuring their security from any vengeful acts, according to French parliamentary sources.
