It is likely that it would be held either in Algeria or any other country for security reasons.

Raouraoua chooses Gourcuff due to coaches’ high salary

Although sources said Gourcuff came to Algeria to coach the Olympic team and supervise youth’s categories as part of a long term project, the FAF’s president Mohamed Raouraoua changed his decision.

Gourcuff expressed his wish to be Algeria coach. Because of that, Raouraoua chose him in view of his low salary compared to world coaches the FAF’s president planned to talk with.
