The executive branch has decided to lift the subsidies intended for the conduct of the hospitals next year by about 340.49 billion dinars, in order to improve the conditions for receiving the patients, as well monitoring the financial resources to ensure the conduct of 3024 medical institutions, thus the financial costs to help the hospitals reach 45100 billion dinars next year with an increase of more than 8%.

• Official sources at the Ministry of Health and Population reveal that the health sector will be reinforced with 180 new structures including 32 hospitals, 30 rooms of treatment, 78 multi-service clinics, 5 maternities, with opening of 4898 jobs, including 1898 doctors and 30 administrative and technical assistances.
• The Ministry of Health and Population will allocate over 10 billion dinars to ensure the costs of running ophthalmology clinics in the framework of the convention between Cuba and Algeria, which had led to the allocation of over 600 million dinars for the benefit of Djelfa clinic, west of Algeria, in the preliminary draft of the supplementary financial law of the current year.
