Haifa Whabe opens “Dukan Shahateh” in the Emirates

Lebanese artist Haifa Wahbe was in the United Arab Emirates earlier this month accompanied by the director film crew of her first Egyptian cinema film “Dukan Shahteh” (Shahateh’s Supermarket) to watch the premier screening for their film in Dubai.

• They also attended separate screenings in Al Shariqa and Abu. Haifa then returned to Lebanon to go about with her busy scheduled and numerous projects.
•  According to the London daily Elaph, as for her first Egyptian films, Haifa received positive criticism for her role in the film by critics and fans who watched the film since the first screening, which took place in Cairo in late May.
• Haifa’s film is becoming one of the most popular films in Egyptian movie theaters. The director of the film Khaled Yousif revealed that Haifa’s performance in the film was exceptional and he sees great potential in the acting field for her.
