Hakim Serrar to “Echorouk Forum” Algeria can win the World Cup ticket

Talking in “Echorouk Sport” forum, the president of Setif football club (ES Setif) Abdelhakim Serrar has declared that his player Lezhar Hadj Aissa is the best in the Algerian league and his international statute is unquestionable expressing his hope to see the “Arab Bagio” playing one day in the Spanish or English league

• M Serrar indicated that he was against the proposal of the Algerian Football Association to reduce the number of foreign players to one in each club, adding that he was puzzled by the behavior of the Algerian football governing body , in one hand it praises professionalism on but acts in a amateur way confirming thus that we are too far from real professionalism. He went on saying that he was not against the idea as such because it allows the emergence of Algerian talents but on the other hand the presence of foreign players gives a new impetus to the Algerian championship  and pushes the local players to work harder in order to be first choice players in their clubs.
