Houcine Ben Hamadi to Echorouk: “Peugeot Algeria Will Officially Sign An Agreement In December”

Meetings and negotiations continue between the shareholders of “Peugeot Algeria” project that will be accomplished in Oran (Western Algeria), in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Mines and the French party,Houcine Ben Hamadi, General Manager of Ben Hamadi company told Echorouk.

“The signing of the agreement will formally be realized in December, negotiations broke off significant strides in the recent days, as at the current stage, negotiations are about the technical details, taking into account what is imposed by the Algerian laws, and the authorities, represented by the Ministry of Industry and Mines”.

“Things are going smoothly in the recent weeks and flexibility with the French party is important, and the signing of the agreement will be realized in December, upon the completion of the study of all the points, which would be next December”.
