Housing: New files deposited to benefit from AADL houses in September

Citizens who wish to benefit from AADL houses will be able to deposit their files during the months of September and October at the latest, after the National Agency for the Development and Improvement of Housing nearly ended the study of the late files of 2001 and 2002, which are estimated to 1,200 subscribers.

Official sources from the Ministry of Housing told Echorouk on Monday, that AADL agency concluded the study of 76,000 files of subscribers of the years 2001 and 2002, as it completed updating their files and accepted them all because of being illegal, waiting to be passed on National Housing to benefit from other  formulas and recipient of formats other residential or state subsidies in the context of building housing, which means that the 76,000 houses will be deducted from the program due to be launched in this formula and set at 150,000 units, to draw the surplus to the new files to received projects within 24 month at the latest time.

According to available data, the files late files reached 1,200 subscribers, including widows of subscribers and others with late dates to appear before the committee to study and update the file, prompting the Ministry of Housing to extend the update to the very end of July, as late citizens will not be able after this date to claim any another appointment.
