Algeria has entered a difficult turning point in its political history, because of the blockage that is experienced by the system, as a result of its wrong policy in conducting the state and leading the community, Algerian League for the Defense of Human Rights said.

HRL monitored, in a statement, the abuses against the Constitution and the law on the eve of the Presidential Elections, putting the credibility of the country in the balance, a credibility that nobody can manipulate, and considered that the manipulation of the fate of the people is an unforgivable crime.
Algerian League for the Defense of Human Rights thinks that the interim government headed by Youcef Yousfi is unconstitutional, and is considered a fraud and flagrant violation of the Constitution, and is an abuse against the state institutions, and a disregard for the rules of the Republic, because Abdelmalek Sellal should have submitted the resignation of the government and not his individual resignation.
It cited the provisions of Articles 86 and 77 ( paragraph 5 ) of the Constitution, which obliged government expressly to resign and not just the resignation of its Prime Minister, considering what happened as a fraud and a flagrant violation of the constitution and abusing the state institutions and being disregard for the republican system.
It also revealed on other violations which will accompany the coming presidential elections, confirming that although the Algerian law prevents the associations and trade unions to support a candidate, or a party, but in Algeria it is permissible when supporting a candidate of the Authority, and several associations and syndicates support the candidate Bouteflika without interference of the Interior Ministry, pointing out that after the worsening of the political situation, the political speech becomes dominated by spreading hatred among Algerians, stressing that it is not a party but an observer and events register.
Same source monitored the insult of the Industry Minister Amara Ben Younes, against those who opposed Bouteflika’s Fourth Term, and the closure of the channel “Atlas TV” for tendencies in another direction of the presidential elections , and to give warning messages to another channel to include it in the row of supporters, as well as the statements of Sellal that raised regional strife and a dangerous slide in the national unity, and the use of the means of the state in the Oval Hall for Bouteflika by providing transportation and breakfasts.
