Illegal immigrants reached Spanish coasts thanks to Pt Bouteflika’s visit to Oran
Two groups of illegal immigrants including over 20 youngsters escaped from the Coast Guards of Oran, west of Algeria, and reached the Spanish shores during President Bouteflika’s visit to the region on February 24, Echorouk sources said.

Our sources confirmed that these young people, who came from different regions of western Algeria, including a group from Oued Rhiou in Relizane whose ages do not exceed 35 years old, took advantage of the President’s visit to Oran at a time when the regional security services were fully busy in their preparations to receive the head of state.

They acquired a boat which was equipped with engines and various equipments then, they launched their clandestine adventure towards the Spanish coasts.

Families of these illegal immigrants received phone calls from their children who confirmed that they had already arrived in Spain.
