In Algeria, everyone has a special way to defend the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
In the absence of protests and marches, as is the case in all countries of the world victorious for our prophet Mohammed (pbuh), and after Algerians’ habit over half a century to grant the state or the parties that are ordered by the state to frame such marches, the ordinary Algerians resorted to their own way to defend the Messenger of humanity, being aware that peace and blessings on the Holy Prophet is closer to Allah, and the best defense for our prophet Mohammed (pbuh), and a visit to the international Book Fair, which currently held in the Exhibition Palace in Algiers, is enough to see how Algerians are panting on everything related to the Holy Prophet .
Although the price of some books reached a high level, but people gladly think that a book on our Prophet’s biography is necessary in their homes as a treasure that should be read by the entire family, and why not to be memorized by kids for the application of Mohammed’s approach (peace be upon him), as the more prophetic books, which noticed a turnout by the public’s exhibition, we find the immortal work of Mohamed Nour, which is an honor for the humanity, which is written by the famous Turkish thinker Muhammad Fethullah Gulen, which is sold at 1800 AD, especially as its sales grow from day to day because the book is a masterpiece in shape and of course in the content.
Algiers book fair contained a huge number of books that could remain in the house for decades to be read by other generations, but unfortunately, many of the visitors did not understand the absence of books which focused on the Biography of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), especially since they are absent since the seventies in Algerian libraries, including “Mohammed” written by Hussein Heikal, and “genius Mohammed”by Mustafa Mahmoud Akkad, and hardly a book by the thinker Mohammed Takieddine is the new exception, especially as it is translated to several international languages, and away from the book, there are some midwives which love the Holy Prophet, and advised pregnant women to name their kids “Mohammed”.
A midwife Soumaya Istanbouli, 40, told Echorouk, she is happy because she was able to convince two families to name their sons “Mohammad” (pbuh), and feels that she is a fighter from her vocational location, on the basis that she defended him with all efforts.
Algerian wedding with the slogan “Sacrifice for the Messenger of Allah”
Even the Fatiha that is read these days in various Algerian mosques focused on the biography of the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), and addressed to his marriage, as what was done by the Sheikh Abu Haram, the imam of Emir Abdelkader mosque in Constantine, who called for the need to follow the Prophet in matters of marriage, such as granting women the right to choose her husband and respect her choice.
