Israel kidnapped Algerians
Four Algerians are still jailed in Israel without trial for more than two years, Echrouk has learnt.
-
The Algerian prisoners are: Abdelaziz Ouelbani, Fouad Boufarouk, Cherif Adel and Mohamed Tahel Khlifi.
-
Echorouk tried to call one of them to know about their psychological, legal and health situation but it was impossible to reach them because there was no phone cable between Algeria and the Zionist entity.
-
Director of photography unit at Al Jazeera in Palestine Mansour Al Abi voluntarily helped the newspaper to contact the Algerian prisoners in Israel.
-
The prisoners said they can not contact Algeria and the Red Cross is the only international institution which cares for them.
-
Israel arrested the four Algerians on a merchandises ship after a Greek man had denounced them, two years ago. He had promised them to help them in entering Turkish.
-
The Israeli occupation failed in holding a trial for the prisoners who say they had no intention to enter the occupied territories.
-
They are waiting for their release as soon as possible as the Red Cross told them their presence in an Israeli jail is illegal.
-
The international law is supposed to impose on Israel to deport the Algerian prisoners to their home country. Algeria can ask for Egypt or Jordan’s mediation to deal with Israel.
