Law governing real estate can face manipulation of subscribers' to house funds

ALGIERS-The members of the People's National Assembly (APN) hailed on Sunday the bill establishing the rules governing real estate development business because it helps to face the “manipulation of funds for individuals wishing to buy a house “, while calling for putting an end to” anarchy” recorded in this area.

During a plenary session chaired by President of the People’s National Assembly Abdelaziz Ziari, in the presence of Minister of Housing Noureddine Moussa, MPs stressed that the bill will allow the fight against illegal of some developers, while highlighting “the enforcement provisions to deal with the manipulation of subscribers to housing funds.”
