Lethal natural herbs seized at the port of Oran

Customs services at Oran port, in western Algeria, have launched an in-depth investigation to unmask the people involved in the import of medical products made of lethal natural herbs found in one of the containers coming from India, reliable sources revealed.

• The seized products comprised toxic chemical components that imperil the citizens’ health and their users alongside the fact of being perished ones.
•  it seems that the investigations underway will end up unveiling the identities of several individuals involved in the attempt to dump the domestic market with these “poisonous” products and our sources do not exclude the implication of top personalities in this affair.
• The use of natural herbs for curative purposes is widespread among a large category of citizens, despite their fatal side effects due to misuse or other abuses. A tragic event took the life of a teenager in Oran a few months earlier, when the 16 year old boy inadvertently used the so called “ Black Grain” to cure himself, but died immediately after.
• It should be noted that many quacks usually use these natural products to practice sorcery and abortion.
