Magistere holders have the choice to enrol in Sciences or LMD Doctorate

The Algerian higher education ministry fixed June 30th, 2018 as a deadline for enrolment in Doctorate in accordance with the old law. They also can enrol in the LMD Doctorate without taking a competition exam.

According to a ministerial instruction, students who have Magistere degrees can enrol in Doctorate studies. This is meant to have a unified system.

The ministry also allows subscription in the LMD Doctorate starting from this year. 

Students will have to prepare a dissertation and present a set of scientific work done during three or four years. They will also have to justify any possible delay.
