“Marijuana” Enters Algeria, A Quantity Is Seized In Oran

Research and investigation platoon that belongs to the provincial judicial police of the security services of Oran Province, western Algeria, in the first case of its kind at the national level, as they seize One kilos and 40 grams of a new narcotic drugs called the “marijuana”, which is a dangerous substance that is imported from abroad and is consumed by youth in several countries led by the United States of America.

Security services of Oran said that for the first time at the national level the “marijuana” was seized following the information that was obtained by the police, regarding the promotion of this new type, to monitor the movements of the accused, as three people in their thirties were arrested, and two of them were judicially followed, in addition to the two cars of the type “Yaris” and “Picanto” which were used in the promotion of this dangerous drug, and a quantity of white arms of different sizes and shapes, and a balance, and plastic bags for the promotion and the amount of 140 grams of cannabis, in addition to 9.000 ZDZ of the proceeds from the promotion of this drug.

Marijuana is the word used to describe the dried flowers, seeds and leaves of the Indian hemp plant. On the street, it is called by many other names, such as: astro turf, bhang, dagga, dope, ganja, grass, hemp, home grown, J, Mary Jane, pot, reefer, roach, Texas tea and weed.
