Mob use girls to racket businessmen

A group of criminals specialized in the cars’ thieving and rackets on businessmen use young ladies whose ages do not exceed 20 to lure and attract luxurious cars’ owners to isolated places in order to practice sex with them before being attacked by the gang with the complicity of the girls.

• The victims are stripped of their of their money, cell phones, personal computers and their cars which license plates’ serial number is forged by professionals.

• The details of the case have been revealed yesterday by the captain of the gendarmerie squad of the region of Bir Touta , western Algiers, in the wake of the arrest of two young women in their twenties and three other men in the same age category who were put under custody pending their trial after admitting their crimes.

• The events go back to the February 24^th when a businessman (41) went to the gendarmerie squad with a bleeding face and swollen eyes to lodge a complaint over an attack against him and the stealing of his car nearby a farm called “Ali Bouhadja” in the region of Bir Touta.

• But thorough investigations carried out by the elements of the gendarmerie revealed that the victim was in the company of teenage girl who attracted him to this isolated place to practice sex. But he was surprised by two other young men on board of a 206 in a company of a girl who molested him and stole his car.

• The gang members have admitted that they were working in close collaboration with a forger who was replacing the stolen cars’ license plates and their documents with new ones and sold them with high price.
