Mohamed Aissa: “We Refuse To Replace Religious Authority With Persian Or Gulf References”
Algeria rejects the alternative of the moderate religious reference, which is coming from the East or West, especially from the Persian and Gulf countries, Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Mohamed Aissa, said.
“Algeria is one of the steadfast strongholds in the war against the Islamic countries, like what happens in Syria, Yemen and Libya”.
“Algerians should to adhere to the national religious authority”.
Mohamed Aissa wrote on his official Facebook page on Saturday; “This is the moderate authority that we inherited from our forefathers. We do not accept any other alternatives. We will not replace it with any eastern or western references that are issued by the Arab Gulf or Persian countries, because this would be a neglect for our scholars and a betrayal to the message of the martyrs through claiming that we are not attributed to the Prophet and Allah Almighty said: “I call them to their parents”.
The minister warned of alien ideas that infiltrate the peoples, saying, “The nations, which were crawled with strange references to their history, that are alien to their culture, are nations in which the conflict appeared among their children, and the eaters fell into their bowl, and the titles of their sects appeared, and their sons show enmity and hatred.
All that remains for its enemies is the demolition of its walls, the destruction of its assets, the confiscation of its property, the confiscation of its sovereignty, the displacement of its people and humiliation of its dearest ones, and they do. We are Muslims and enough. We do not want to boast about belonging to anything other than Islam. We, the sons of Algeria, are proud to only raise the banner of our martyrs”.
“The flag that we are still calling is the national religious reference source of the Koran and the Sunnah, as understood by the predecessor of this good Algerian nation, which does not exclude from its circle one of the people of the Qibla who witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. We want our people to come from this intellectual background and they defend our unity against extremist ideas and against infiltrating communities and tribes, and against the feelings of hatred that wants to divide us”.
“Algeria remained the only country that is standing against the conspiracies that hit a number of countries by combining the efforts of four components. Algeria, which we consider to be the last of the steadfast castles in this fierce war, where the National People’s Army soldiers are defending its border and the knights of ideas and free the national press raise their awareness, it is safe with Allah care and what remained of its children is gathering under its intellectual banner”.
He responded to the accusations against Islam and Muslims, saying: “I heard the latest developments in what has become known globally as the “war on terror”. “Of course, they do not meant terrorists who go to war except those who witness only to Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Terrorism that is exercised by Zionism on the Palestinians, and that is practiced by the extreme right groups on Islam and Muslims, and terrorism that is practiced by extremists on Muslims .. We still believe that terrorism has no religion and no homeland, it is a cross-border and continents, and we refuse to call it Islamic terrorism and Islam.
