Mohamed Ghazi: Pre-employment contracts to be demarcated soon, Employment Minister says

Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister, Mohamed Ghazi, vowed to demarcate young workers under the pre-employment contracts when jobs are available by exploiting the vacant positions, that reach 43,000, as over 25,000 employees were demarcated.

“Among the files in question, the amendment of the law on work. Youth of the South will benefit from permanent jobs in the shortest possible time”, the minister added in a press conference which he held on Tuesday at Hilton Hotel, on the sidelines of the National Forum on Algerian Professions and Handicrafts’ Blog.  
“Employment file at the national level is among the core files that the sector focused for this file, and after it several other files that are no less important like the amendment of the law on work.”
“Young workers will be demarcated in the framework of the pre-operation contracts before the end of June”.
“Meetings were held to find a solution to the problem by taking advantage of vacant positions, which are 43,000 on all departments. 25.000 workers were demarcated, and the process is ongoing and once there vacant jobs, we will demarcate 500,000 youth in the context of pre-operating contracts that are distributors across 48 Wilayas, and give them priority in the demarcation. We will direct some of them to the economic sector if no positions are provided”.
