Moroccans Defend Palestine in the Netherlands: Mohammed VI Supplies Fuel to Zionist Ships

Two incidents within a week embody the extent of the blatant rift between the Moroccan regime and its people.

The first was the Alawite regime’s decision to allow two ships loaded with weapons to dock in the Moroccan port of Tangier after they were expelled from Spain. The second was the support of Moroccan migrants in the Netherlands for the children of Gaza against the fans of the Zionist club “Maccabi Tel Aviv” after they tore up the Palestinian flag in Amsterdam.

The position is completely inconsistent with the repeated official Moroccan releases issued by the first official in charge of the palace, King Mohammed VI, who had always affirmed the support and assistance of the Palestinian people in the face of the brutal and barbaric aggression of the Zionist entity.

The Moroccan port of Tangier received two Maersk ships, enabling them to obtain fuel and other needed items before continuing their journey to the occupying entity.

Media reports in the Iberian Peninsula confirmed that the Spanish authorities refused to let the two ships dock into the port of Algeciras in southern Spain, due to suspicions (just suspicions) about the presence of Zionist weapons on board. The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stipulated that the two ships “will not stop in Spain” unless it is confirmed that their shipment does not include weapons and explosives to the Zionist entity.

Despite the mysterious disappearance of the Facebook account of the “Moroccan Front Against Normalization and Support for Palestine” which used to broadcast news of all forms of normalization of the Moroccan regime with the Zionist entity, this did not obscure the ongoing struggle of the Moroccan people to support Palestine and expose the secrets of relations between Rabat and Tel Aviv, as protesters gathered in front of the port of Tangier against the reception of the two Zionist ships, chanting slogans “The traitors sold it (Palestine),” referring to the Alawite regime, and they also thanked Spain, which refused to receive the two ships, as well as the Netherlands, which rose against the Zionists on the sidelines of the football match last Wednesday.

Social media in the Alawite kingdom were shaken by the scandal, and one of them commented: “While we all salute Hakim Ziyech (a former player in the English club Chelsea and the Moroccan national team who accused his country’s government of colluding with the Zionist entity in the extermination of the people of Gaza) and the Moroccan community in the Netherlands for what they did as a duty in Amsterdam, the Moroccan port of Tangier received an American ship suspected of carrying weapons to the Zionist entity,” adding that the ship received by the port of Tangier is the same one that Spain refused to receive for the same reason.

This is not the first time that the Moroccan regime has allowed ships and vessels loaded with weapons for the Zionist entity to dock in Moroccan ports after they were expelled from Spain. On May 17, Madrid refused to allow the cargo ship “Marianne Danica” coming from India and loaded with weapons directed to the Zionist entity to stop at a Spanish port. In return, the Alawite Palace in Rabat allowed that ship to dock in the port of Tangier, and a Zionist warship was also allowed to dock in the same port last June.

These two cases confirm the stark contrast between the Moroccan people’s position in support of the Palestinian people who are being subjected to a war of extermination in the Gaza Strip on the one hand, and the position of the Alawite palace and the Moroccan regime on the other hand, in standing by the usurping Zionist entity, which daily and brutally pours its lava on the children, women and elderly of Gaza and southern Lebanon.

What is disgusting about the issue is that the Moroccan regime does not stop talking about King Mohammed VI as the head of what is known as the “Jerusalem Committee,” while he is shamelessly participating alongside the Zionist entity by supplying fuel to its ships carrying weapons, in the extermination of the Palestinian people and the abandonment of the holy city of Jerusalem, which it claims to protect.
