Morocco Implicates 7 Arab Countries, Including Algeria In A Forum Attended By Israel

Moroccan capital, Rabat, held a seminar on “Education, Vocational Training and Competencies for Economic Development”, and Algeria attended it along with six other Arab countries which are; Morocco, Palestine, Egypt, Jordan, Libya and Tunisia, in addition to the presence of a representative of the Jewish state.

This meeting falls within the context of the activities of the “Regional Strategy Forum”, which is supervised by the “European Training Foundation ” that belongs to he European Union, and which operates since 1994, and aims at enabling partner countries of the European Union to follow up the implementation of reforms that are related to education and vocational training, and to evaluate progress that is made in this area and its impact on citizens.

Details of the information were circulated by the EU Commission, in a statement through which it explained the background to this meeting and its objectives, and the statement describes it as “the opportunity to share the results and good practices, and discuss trends and common priorities to highlight the advances in education and vocational training sector, and determining what needs to be done at the regional level for the development of vocational education and training policies with the participation of European and international parties”.

Results of this meeting shall be submitted to the International Conference of Torino, which will be held in the next month of June, in Italy, a date which will be attended by politicians, employers and representatives of the European Union, and specialists in the field of education and vocational training and competency development, by 19 partner countries and will be sponsored by the European Training Foundation.

Algerian authorities did neither confirm this information, nor deny it, but this is no longer a secret to observers, because the spaces of convergence are abounded and are many, since the nineties of the last century, since the beginning of what was known as the Barcelona Process, then the Union for the Mediterranean that was launched by the former French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, to lift isolation from Tel Aviv, and the meetings of the Euro-Mediterranean parliament, and the meetings that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization “NATO” organized in the Mediterranean countries.

Representatives of the Jewish state are used to be present at the meetings that are attended by Arab countries, and it became normal to leak pictures of senior Arab officials even from countries that do not have diplomatic relationships with the Zionist state, and the flags of their country on the table alongside with the Star of David.

Surprisingly, this event coincidences with the visit of the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to the United States, a day after the the meeting came out, as he said that Israel is no longer representing the first enemy of the Arab countries, which consider that their first enemy is terrorism, what was behind considering this event an opportunity to establish a state of stability in the Middle East.

Morocco becomes in the recent months a hotbed of the activities of the Zionist entity, which is strongly present in the country, with the reference here to the international conference on climate change, “COP 22”, that was hosted by the city of Marrakech in November 2016, but the Mekhzen justified this by saying that Morocco was not the sponsor and only hosted an activity that belongs to the United Nations, which is the same justification that Rabat will use in facing the protests that erupted after the event, so as it is expected to say that this event also belongs to the EU.
