Nadir Belhadj to Echorouk: “England Cup is my dream”

Algeria’s team left defender Nadir Belhadj expresses his happiness after the statements of the star Zineddine Zidane who said that Nadir has a lot of talent and can play in Real Madrid.  

• Nadir Belhadj wishes to end this season with wining the Cup of England and show a good performance in the World Cup South Africa in order to move to the largest English clubs.
• Star Zineddine Zidane said a lot of beautiful words about you during the exclusive interview to Echorouk. Tell us about it.
•  –         I heard this, and frankly I was so happy because such a wonderful star spoke about me, it is encouraging me to work harder and show more strength in the future.
• Zizou believes that you can play in Real Madrid. What do you think about this?
• -Real Madrid is a great team and playing there is an honour for any player, since Zizou said that I can play there it means that I’m in the right direction. I wish I’ll continue like this.
• *Zizou also said he’ll help you. Is there any personal relationship between both of you?
• -Zidane is an amazing player, however there is no friendship between us and if he wanted to help me he is welcome, but I should rely on myself to play in any team in the world.
• Pompey won on Friday over Birmingham City and qualified for the final half of England Cup. Is the cup your present goal after you lost staying in the tournament?
• Our hope to stay in the premiere League was gone, now we have nothing left but to do our best to win England Cup. Frankly our first goal is to reach the final of cup and why not to win although we know it is difficult. I already played two finals in France with Sedan and Lance. I wish to embrace the Cup in England this time.
• Friday’s match against Birmingham knew the absence of your team-mate Hassan Yebda, Why?
• -Hassan Yebda suffers a knee injury and I think he is subject to treatment now. I wish he’ll return as quickly as possible to football.
• Coach Rabah Saadane decided to sidleine five players, and to give a last opportunity to Bouazza,  what do you know about this?
•  – Frankly I did not hear about these news, what are the names to be sidelined?!!
• *The list included Rahou, Babouche, Zaoui, Ouserrire, Bezzaz and Bouazza. What is your opinion?
• -I can’t comment on such matters, because Saadane is the only who has the right to make any changes in the team. I wish these players will come back strongly before June and why not to participate in the World Cup.
• *Saadane’s decision came following the Desert Warriors defeat against Serbia. Do you think time is appropriate to make changes?
• -I can’t speak about time, because the coach knows what to do. I wish the match against Serbia will serve as a lesson to us before participation in the World Cup.
• *Egyptian player El Mouhamadi told the Qatari newspaper El Arab that you called him and decided to help him join Portsmouth. Can you confirm this?
•  – It is not true. I only told him that he is a talented player when we play against Egypt in Angola, however, I did not call him and I’ll not do it because I’m not Pompey’s manager.
