New dresses designed for customs officers

The finance ministry issued an order forcing the customs services elements, regardless of their position in the administrative scale, to wear a formal dress except for the Director General of this institution.

• In addition to the sports-dress and the parade one, four others have been created to form the overall regular customs suits including winter dress, summer dress, battle-dress and working one. The parade dress will be exclusively designed for official ceremonies.
• The officers’ winter dress is made of a blue-grey jacket with four golden buttons minted with the customs’ symbol while the sleeves are adorned with golden strips.
• The officers’ winter dress is quite different from the summer one made of a long straight coat buttoned by five golden buttons alongside other accessories such as helmet and necktie.
• The women’s dress is a  straight blue-grey one with four golden buttons adorned with a virtual chest pocket struck with the customs’ symbol, while the top officers have their sleeves stripped with golden threads.
