New law to chase tax evaders in Algeria
Algerian government decided to restructure the fiscal administration as part of new measures in inspecting and investigating into fiscal information, according to a ministerial decision published in the Official Journal on Tuesday.

The decision which will come into force on Wednesday stipulates the creation five sub-departments including oil taxation, means, management and surveillance.

Regional departments of research will be established. They will include evaluation, statistics and surveillance department in charge of executing surveillance program.

The decision was taken by Algerian finance minister Karim Djoudi and Chief Executive Officer of civil service Djamel Kherchi.
