Official expertise report shows the truth about Safia’s real father

A scientific expertise report issued from an official authority showed that there are resemblances between her fingerprints and her Algerian father’s.

• French Jacques Scharbook claimed he is Safia’s father while the Algerian Mohamed Youcefi and her mother’s family living in Algeria say the girl belongs to them.
• Lawyer Rabeh Berbadj says this information confirm that the girl is Algerian and Muslim.
• Safia is likely to join her grandmother in the province of Oran (west of Algiers) whom whereabouts are unknown after security forces had taken Safia from her.
• Earlier, Safia’s family told Echorouk Sharbook pretended he had concerted into Islam and cheated justice by changing his name to Farouk Sharbook. On the other hand, a document from Algerian religious affairs ministry shows that he has never converted into Islam and he does not have any child with his first wife after 20 years of marriage.
