Orascom Telecom sells its share in Tunisiana to Qatar’s Qtel at $2.1

Orascom Telecom of Egypt announced it signed a deal to buy shares with Qatar Telecom's (Qtel) to buy all its share in Orascom Tunisia and Cartage Consortium.
