Previously, Transport Ministry has frozen for three months, the work with the penalty points system in driving licences for unknown reasons, which subjected the ministry to a wave of criticism by specialists and media, and this forced it to analyse this project, according to Hachemi Boutalbi, who was invited on Wednesday by the Morning Guest that is aired by the National Radio .
“To reduce traffic accidents, the ministry intends to take a number of measures, including those related to the completion of regulatory texts and improve transport patterns and environment, in order to regulate the traffic and the completion of the traffic schemes, and move through cities to activate the technical inspection of vehicles and awareness as well.”
