Perceptions of the candidates to end results of the national tragedy

Program of the candidate Ali Benflis is based on the idea that the various settlements that were initiated by the State did not end the crisis, which passed 25 years, this is why the project to deepen the path of national reconciliation was proposed, calling for a comprehensive national dialogue involving all actors in society.
Issue of those eliminated from the political life, highlighted the most important point in the perception of Benflis to end the remnants of the national tragedy, according to the spokesman in charge of relations with the media at the Directorate of the campaign, as the project considers those who were marginalized in the past, as part of the solution to the crisis today, in addition to the involvement of all actors, without exception, starting with the marginalized and ending to the simpler affected by the national tragedy, and the draft constitution will be a compromise by popular referendum.
Candidate Moussa Touati thinks that the continuation of some aspects of the remnants of the national tragedy, is due to the focus on the security solution in the Charter of National Reconciliation, which is supported by the National Front, but was surprised by limiting it to the surrender of terrorists instead of solving the real problems.
Abdelkader Djerras, campaign manager of the candidate of Algerian National Front, Moussa Touati, told Echorouk that the FIS activists can exercise political activity and provide their solutions and their visions to resolve the country’s problems, but he stressed that a return will not be neither under the name of “Islamic Salvation Front” nor under other designation that include the word “Islam”, justifying that by the fact that the majority of Algerians are Muslims and Islam is also the state religion.
Regarding the demands of the municipality guards, the spokesman noted that the Algerian National Front will allocate to them a fundamental law like the rest of those associates of police, and enroll them at the Directorate General for National Security, as they will have a respectable retirement like the others, because they were a armed regular body, explaining that this is based on academic degrees, and the integration of the rest in local and regional work.
Concerning the file of the missing, Moussa Touati, promised an international and local research in the various prisons, and if they are not find, they will be considered as dead.
Candidate, Ali Faouzi Rebaine, thinks that the national reconciliation came as a political decision, and the origin is that the issue should be decided by justice before being dealt with a political decision.
Program of the outgoing president, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, has hinted that the return of the FIS party to the activity with its old label, is at least a settled matter, as the program shows the rejection of the political exploitation, whatever its form, due to the national identity components, among which we find the Islamic religion , adding that this will be in the context of consolidating the gains of national reconciliation.
