PM Sellal Give Instruction To Counter Kids Abduction

Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal, gave on Wednesday an instruction to several ministries, security and public services to activate a national warning plan, every time citizens report on the kidnapping or the loss of kids in any province.

A national plan was prepared (warning- abduction – the loss of children), according to APS, by a multi-sectors working group, that was established under the auspices of the Justice Ministry, according to the instructions of the Prime Minister that were issued on January,18, 2016, as illustrated by the instruction.

The plan, which was prepared in a consultative framework, specifies the role of each state institution in this area, under the supervision of the public prosecutor, and will involve all the public bodies that are concerned, including the public media, advertisement, phone operators, ports, airports, travel stations, and this in a coordination process, in order to find the child who is at risk alive in the nearest possible time limits.

Prime Minister instructed, each according to his powers, to ensure personal efforts to apply the quick and strict warning scheme, by giving importance to this issue in coordination with the judicial bodies.

In this regard, Arar Abderahman, who is head of the network of childhood protection “Nada”, praised the instruction that was issued by the government, that will contribute to take the necessary measures to raise the level of vigilance on the phenomenon of child abduction.

He told Echorouk on Wednesday, that this instruction will be complementary to the actions that were taken since 2012, with regard to the subject of child abduction, including the existence of a committee at the level of the Interior Ministry that operates on the issue of kidnapping in the social and security aspects, and the plan of the National Gendarmerie, National Security and justice as well.

Good move from government but capital punishment is needed . This monsters should not live with our society. I always believe in second chance but not on this matter.
