President Tebboune: “Algeria supports the Palestinians managing their internal affairs in Gaza”

President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, affirmed Algeria’s support for the Palestinian people who are being subjected to genocide by the Zionist occupation forces in Gaza, stressing that “the radical solution lies in establishing a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with Jerusalem as its capital.”

During the press conference held by President Tebboune, accompanied by his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, yesterday, Sunday, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, President Tebboune stressed the need to stop and end the genocide to which the Gazans are being subjected by the Zionist occupation army, saying in this regard “Our hearts ache for the daily genocide and famine created by the Israeli occupation through the scarcity of water, food, medicine and the closure of hospitals,” which is “a complete genocide,” addressing a salute to the Palestinian people for “their steadfastness and endurance to remain in their land and their refusal to be displaced again.”

He highlighted in this context that Algeria, along with Egypt, is trying to “save the situation with President Sissi’s initiative to bring in the needs of the residents of the Gaza Strip while awaiting the final solution that would be for the Palestinians to manage their lands,” noting that Algeria “is doing everything it can in the Security Council to reach a final solution and stop this genocide.”

Regarding the next day, which has been widely discussed in Western and Arab political circles, President Tebboune stressed “the importance of the Palestinians managing their internal affairs without the interference of any Arab or foreign power.”

Some Arab countries (normalizing) with the Zionist entity, along with Western countries, are seeking to remove the “Hamas” movement from the political and management scene in Gaza, by bringing in Arab forces to manage the affairs of the Palestinians in Gaza.
