Rachid Nekkaz Asks French Justice Minister To Jail Him For Two Months
Algerian political activist, Rachid Nekkaz, called on French Justice Minister, to imprison him for two months starting from the beginning of next June, which is corresponding to the month of Ramadan.
In a statement on his Facebook, Nekkaz said on Monday, that Sellal, with the involvement of the French authorities (signed an judicial agreement on April,16,2016 in Algers), then Paris court decided on January 20, 2017, to imprison Rachid Nekkaz for 2 months for organizing a protest in front of Sellal family’s apartment in Paris Today.
Rachid Nekkaz asked officially asked the French Justice Minister to implement this colonial decision and imprison him on June,1, 2017, at the beginning of Ramadan, adding; “my fight will continue inchallah”.
“The protest which I carried out in front of the house of the family of the Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sallal, in France last year ,was licensed and legitimate”.
Nekkaz took a selfie while he was going to the French Justice Ministry to deliver a written request.
