Saadane plans for the Africa Cup 2012

Coach of the Algerian team Rabah Saadane said during an interview with Medi 1 Sat Moroccan channel that he plans for the after World Cup period and thinks of choosing young players among the team in order to prepare for the qualification to the Africa Cup 2012 next September. 

• “I did not decide whether I will head Algerian team or leave, as many things control my future mostly physical ability”.

• Given these statements, Saadane might stay at the head of Algeria’s team after returning from the World Cup 2010, as he did not yet decide and waits for the results that Algeria’s team will achieve in order to determine his position.

• Rabah Saadane expected to renew his contract with the Algerian team if it will achieve positive results and qualify to the second round, while he may end his career with the national team in the case he will go out of the narrow gate in the World Cup.

• Although Saadane asserted in a press conference held before the friendly confrontation against Serbia that he would discuss things with the president of the Algerian Football Federal this month in order to determine his future with the Algerian team, however; he changed his mind and wanted to continue”.
