Samir Zaher: People who seek to create strife with Algeria are facing judicial prosecution
People seeking to create strife with Algeria are now facing judicial prosecution, head of the Egyptian Football Federation Samir Zaher told Al Ahram newspaper here on Friday in response to a question about new accusations against him being the reason behind the football crisis between Egypt and Algeria.
“These accusations are fabricated by some parties seeking to distort the relationship between Egypt and Algeria and must know that their place is now the judicial prosecution. Main reason behind these accusations is a lawsuit I filled against four people wanting to create strife because they have personal problems with me”, he added.
Previously, Former official at the EFF Hamada Shady accused Samir Zaher on TV of planning the attack on the bus of Algerian Football Team in Cairo, saying that he resigned from his post because he hated working in a rotten environment and asserted that Algeria is not responsible for the accusations of the Egyptian media and authority at that period.
