Secret document: Moroccan Intelligence planned to assassinate Algerian personalities

A highly confidential document, which copy is available to Echorouk, revealed that the Moroccan regime is planning to carry out terrorist attacks against Algeria, through the use of agents from Libya, that were recruited by the Moroccan intelligence to supply arms for the leaders “agents of the Moroccan regime”, in some Algerian regions, where an incomprehensible supply.

Security observers said that these schemes are also linked to the growing events that occurred in Ghardaia region (southern Algeria) in the recent times, as the Head of the Presidency, Ahmed Ouyahia, and the Foreign Minister, Ramtane Laamamra, already talked about the involvement of a neighboring country in violence in Oued Mizab. 

The serious document, which belongs to the General Directorate for Monitoring the Regional Soil “intelligence”, or what is known in Morocco as the “DST”, which is dated on 17/06/2015, revealed that a security intelligence plan was prepared to target Algeria with destructive operations, targeting military barracks and the destruction of sensitive facilities.

This is the content of the leaked intelligence document

The Document contains a seal at the top, which includes a special number “7365”, and in its right side: “The Kingdom of Morocco, the Interior Ministry, the General Directorate for Monitoring the National Territory” and the reference is 7534/15.

The mentioned document is a consignment that was addressed to the King’s adviser on security affairs, and its subject as stated in the text is the following: “In response to the consignment / 350 MM / 15:07:10″/.

The document speaks in its opening lines about the higher authorities, which followed this plan, the King Mohammed VI adviser for security affairs, Mohamed Yacine Mansouri, the first man in the Moroccan intelligence service, as it stated that: “Under the direct supervision of his Excellency the King’s adviser on security affairs, and by the order of Mr. General Director.”

Then the document speaks about the serious task that was carried out by the Moroccan regime, through “Displaying the File No. 1129 / M.T/D.M/, covered by four plans for the implementation of the general stress task, in agreement with the General Directorates of Studies and Saving Documents that was held on 02.07.2015 at the headquarters of the General Directorate.

“What is the most dangerous, we notify Your Excellency, that there was a coordination with our agents from the Libyan army officers in Skhirat on 8, 3,2015, in the presence of Mr. Saleh Almakhozoum and Mr. Abdelmadjid Gheith Annasr, as it was agreed to provide our agents in Algeria with weapons that are referred to in the deal that is attached below.”

Same document contain: “Coordination with our agents /K.B.M.S/ who’s secret codes are written in the attached list, aims to carry out destructive operations on Algerian soil / targeting military barracks / destruction of sensitive installations /, and providing agents customers, K. B.M.S with a list that includes Algerian political and military figures for implementation.”

It also carried the seal of the General Directorate of monitoring the national territory, and it was signed by the official in charge of the Department of Reports, the observer who holds the code DGSN / DGST n.670 / 81, in which it is written on its right side (DGST special for internal consignments of Office 7).

Thus the seriousness of the document is shown, as it exposes the plans of the King Mohammed VI to carry out terrorist attacks and targeting military barracks, and the destruction of sensitive installations in the Algerian territory, through coordination with foreign parties for the introduction of weapons to terrorist groups, which are reeling under the National People’s Army strikes.

Who are Saleh Makhzoume and Ghaith Annasr?

Meeting with Libyan army officers, whom the Moroccan intelligence described as agents, came in Sekhirat city, south of the Moroccan capital Rabat, which tourism hotel noticed sessions of national dialogue that was sponsored by the United Nations between the Libyans parties, through the UN envoy Bernardino Leon, who began in March of this year, which is the same period of the meeting, which was revealed by the secret leaked document, and one of the tours in the month of June, during the past period, contains the date of this document.

The two names which were mentioned, and it comes to Saleh Almakhozoume and Abdelmadjid Ghaith Annasr, they seemed to be two personalities that are well known in the Libyan scene after the Revolution of Muammar Gaddafi.

Saleh Makhzoum is Saleh Mohamed Makhozoum probably, he was born in 1975, and he is the second former vice president of the National Conference of the Libyan General, and a former conference member of the city “Sabha”, while Abdelmadjid Ghaith Annasr is likely to be the member of the National Transitional Council for Sabha province, as he is also the President of the Supreme Security Committee, which follow the Council, and which is concerned with the protection of the capital Tripoli.

Secret codes for al-Qaeda key figures

For those which the document called as agents of Algeria, and who hold private codes, the specialists in security affairs said that it comes al-Qaeda leaders or gunmen who do not belong to any banner, as Echorouk has already published, in its number that is dated on 02/08/2015, a leaked document that talks about a secret meeting between five officers from the Moroccan intelligence with leaders of the terrorist organization in Mauritania, and who hold secret codes, as the secret code of the Emir of the organization named, Abdelmalek Droukdel is 745 / KMS, while the leader called Nabil Makhloufi has the code 798 /KMS, and their third companion called Djamel Akacha, has the code 711 /KMS.

Dirty tasks of the Moroccan regime continue against Algeria

With this secret document that was leaked from the corridors of the Moroccan intelligence, the Moroccan regime confirms again, without any doubt, that it did everything in order to destabilize the security of Algeria, reaching the alliance with terrorist organizations that are countered by everyone in the world, and the United Nations criminalize the lowest deal with them.

Previously, the Moroccan regime tried to destroy Algeria and hit its southern security, through Mali events, and here it is now moving from the east via the Libyan territory which noticed terrible security unrest, to provide the remnants of terrorism in Algeria with arms and military equipment.

This new document confirms what has already been announced by the Algerian security authorities about arresting weapon shipments that were smuggled across the border, and what has been talked around about the “Al Qaeda” on the quality of weapons from Libya after the fall of the Gaddafi regime.
