Security services eliminate eight terrorists and arrest three during one week east of Algiers

Recent military operations in Boumerdes, east of Algiers, resulted in the elimination of eight terrorists and arrest of three others during one month, as well as the destruction of a huge number of hideouts that have been used by remnants of terrorist groups for protection from combing operations and shelling by Algerian forces, thereby achieving positive results thanks to the new security plan that was applied in Boumerdes, Bouira and Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers. 

• Large combing operations were launched everyday by Algerian forces in suspicious terrorist strongholds, especially eastern and south-eastern areas of Boumerdes, east of Algiers, such as Sidi Ali Bounab, Mizrana, Sidi Daoued, Timezrit, Ennaseria, Yssers and Si Mostafa.
