Seven terrorists killed east of Algiers

The Algerian armed forces killed seven terrorists in Boudekhane mountains, south east of Boumerdes, east of Algiers, Echorouk sources said.  

• According to the same sources, the terrorists belong to “Acham Sab” battalion operating in the region. Only two terrorists were identified including the so -called “Delsi” who was leader of a battalion before his unseating three months ago and Hamzaoui one of the oldest terrorists in the Sab battalion.
• Previously, the army forces lost four soldiers during a terrorist attack in the same mountainous area. After this incident the army troops decided to strengthen their patrols in order to track down these terrorists. Three terrorists were slain two days ago, so the deathtoll reached seven after the killing of four others.
• Five Kalashnikovs and a Simonov rifle were retrieved.
• The Army forces are still hunting down a group of about 18 other terrorists still entrenched in the same region.
