Sidi Said: surprises for workers and employees next Sunday

Secretary General of the Algerian Workers’ General Union Abdelmadjid Sidi Said said Article 87 bis may be revised and consumer credit will be reapproved once again during a tripartite meeting due to be held on Sunday.

“The tripartite meeting will carry many surprises for workers,” Sidi Said said.

He added that the five working teams which were assigned for the tripartite meeting prepared their reports.

The meeting which will be held between the government, the workers’ union and employers will give priority to national production, economic growth and Article 87 bis.

Sidi Said stressed the importance of this social and economic event in terms of economic revival.

He said his union will evoke the rehabilitation of the industrial sector as it would lead to growth and jobs creation.
