Ten terrorists sentenced to death in absentia
The criminal court of Boumerdes, east of Algiers, sentenced eight terrorist to death in absentia in two different cases on charges of terrorist attacks during the recent years in the locality.

Death in absentia was sentenced in the first case against six terrorists, Tarfi Rabeh, Ait Messauod Rafik, Bouletouak Mohamed, Kori Abdelmalek, Ben Bourenane Abdelkrim and Sidali Belkassem, on charges of joining an armed terrorist group and robbery using arms and intentional murder.

In the second case the same court sentenced both terrorists Toudji Amar and Azouzi Saleh to death in absentia on charges of organizing a terrorist group which targeted the state security and national sovereignty through terrorizing the civilians and physical and moral attacks on persons subjecting their lives and freedom to danger, as well as harming the state properties, according to the court decision.

The criminal court declared the accused T.Nassim from Delis, east of Algiers, not guilty from the crimes of encouraging the terrorist attacks and non declaration on a crime, according to the same source.

In the third case the court sentenced the terrorist Messrour Noureddine, 20, to prison in absentia, on charges of joining a terrorist group.
