The Inhabitants of Timlilet village, in Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers, celebrated on Sunday, the return of their son, who was kidnapped by terrorists, as he “T.K” returned back to the village carried on the shoulders of the people immediately after his release in the dark.

• Local sources said that “T.K” is the owner of Baflesine hotel in Tigzirt, Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers. He was released Sunday at 10:00 pm without paying a ransom, as we knew that the kidnappers contacted his family and send them conditions to send the imam of the village in order to accompany the victim and they had what they want, as the imam went to a secluded place in Iflissine, where the victim waiting for him and accompanied him to the village, where the villagers received him carrying him on their shoulders, and spontaneous celebrations begun and continued until Sunday morning.
• Many people from the neighbouring villages joined the celebrations and congratulate the victim who was released without paying a ransom.
