The Algerian club ES Setif crosses through a turbulence zone
ES Sétif striker Lazher Hadj Aissa
The aftershocks of the latest qualifier setback sustained by the former Arab Champion ES Setif are still affecting the fans and crazy rumours came up to the surface undermining the stability of the club in an unprecedented way.
-
It has been revealed that the club’s president Abdlhakim Serrar has intentionally not divulged the names of the coaches he wanted to hire to replace departing Azzedine Ait Djoudi with the Argentinean Oscar Fullone topping the list .
-
-
All it seems that the setifean team will be coached by the club’s assistant coach Malik Zorgane during the next fixture against an Angolan side as part of the CAF competition.
-
-
The club’s star Hadj Aissa will not take part in this match and has been ordered to take some rest pending the international matches with the Algerian squad especially that ES Setif has virtually secured their qualification in the away match ( 4-0 ) versus the Angolans.

It should be noted that the Tunisian press has praised the performance of ES Setif in the return semi-final match against Esperance Tunis, confirming that the Algerian club has lost the opportunity of booking the ticket for the final of the Arab Champions League at home.
