The leader of Wastili sub-battalion, who was killed by the armed forces along with four terrorists on the borders between Batna and Khenchla, east of Algeria, is the mastermind behind the attempt to assassinate the president Abdelaziz Bouteflika during his visit to Batna, identical sources said.
