These Are The Terms For Joining The National Preparatory School for Certified Engineers

ANP Brigadier General, Adnane Charif, has stated that the National Preparatory School for Engineering Studies is receiving annually more than 2,000 requests for admission, as 400 cadets are selected for this purpose, notably those students who achieve the best grades in the Baccalaureate exam.

He noted that the School provides the enrolled students with all the essential means and sophisticated technological devices that allow them to keep pace with the complex and massive gear, which is used by the Algerian military.

Brigadier General Adnane Charif, said in a statement to the press on the sidelines of an open day on the national media showcasing the functions and structures that are available in the National Preparatory School of Engineering Studies in central Blida province, that the School is destined to ensuring the registered students an in-depth  training to become officers specialized in the engineering field.

He also indicated that more than 250 ANP cadets are graduating annually, at a time when the school record turnout exceeds two thousand students from baccalaureate holders who are to be chosen from among the best 400 laureates in terms of grades’ average, in keeping with a strict selection contest.

Regarding the entry requirements, he said that the admission of candidates is carried out via a contest open to all students who have to meet a set of conditions and qualifications, notably by being in possession of a scientific Baccalaureate, with on record an appreciation-mark close to good in their exam file, while requiring from the vying students not exceed the age of 20 years on December 31 of the year they sit for the competition. 

He also affirmed in this respect that the candidate vying for recruitment at the School should possess an Algerian nationality and enjoy full civil rights and duties, adding that the latter should be single and shouldn’t suffer from any disability by notably enjoying good eyesight.
