Thousands of dollars funneled to Algeria-based “Ahmadiyya Sect” from London via Tunisia

Thousands of dollars funneled to Algeria-based “Ahmadiyya Sect” from London via Tunisia

Well-informed sources revealed to “Echorouk” that audit procedures have been strictly applied over the past few days by Algerian border police officers across the entire border crossings with Tunisia notably targeting Tunisian nationals after the breaking of news that a number of Ahmadis, holding Tunisian nationality, are crossing into Algeria to provide their Ahmadi counterparts there with a fresh money influx.

According to information obtained by “Echorouk” from high-level sources, the security services  of Tunisia, noticed a few days ago the existence of intense movements,  notably by elements of the Ahmadiyya adherents of Tunisia, along  several points of the Tunisian-Algerian border with on focus the Governorates of El Kef,  Kasserine, Gafsa, and Tozeur.

The same sources added that the Ahmadiyya sect’s adherents have funneled significant amounts of money to their counterparts in Algeria, through the representatives of the group in Tunisia.

It is believed that the Ahmadis of Tunisia will hand over such financial packages to their counterparts in Algeria so as to allow them to pay off the lawyers entrusted with defending dozens of law-breaking Ahmadis who are now facing justice in Algeria, while the rest of the money will be purportedly used to win over brand-new followers of this deleterious sect.
