Three Algerian children detained in the Danish embassy
The lawyer Fatima Zohra Ben Brahem reveals that three Algerian children are abducted and detained in the Danish Embassy in Algeria, in order to smuggle them to Copenhagen with the complicity of Algerian parties. This case is considered a “conspiracy†against Algeria, which began by the case of the girl Safia.

Ben Brahem told Echorouk that the father of the child is an Algerian who married a Danish woman, before they get divorced he told her of the news of the abduction of their three children, stressing that she has a detailed file on this case that she received from the father of the abducted children, which confirmed his eligibility of the custody of his children, after the Danish mother refused the custody of her children.

The lawyer, who has become competent in cases of smuggling children of mixed marriages, accused Algerian parties of conspiracy and the attempt to smuggle three children, through out covering up the kidnapping process, and non-interference with the kidnapers who retain those children as hostages, and refusal to hand them over to their father.
-
Ben Brahem pointed out that the children are threatened with the risk of being wrenched from their Algerian roots, especially since their father’s attempts to retrieve them from the embassy ended in failure, and particularly since the Danish diplomats seek to exploit the nature and privacy of their work in smuggling the children out of the Algerian territories.

The lawyer Zohra also warns of a repeat scenario of the child Safia, which was smuggled to France following a decision of the Algerian justice in the same plane in which Cheb Mami was handed over to the French court in Paris, considering this case a flagrant violation of the national sovereignty, however, she noted that the local parties that have contributed in the abduction and detention of the three children, has retreated from the conniving, after the case reaches the higher authorities.

In the same context, the Algerian lawyer accused the French government of being behind the “suspicious” persons in the preparation for the abduction of Algerian children in order to smuggle them to France, saying; “ I have documentary evidence that a French lawyer is travelling continually to Algeria accompanied by the French Consul in an official vehicle belonging to the French consulate in Algeria, in order to search for Algerian children from French divorced mothers, to smuggle them. I have some evidence that the French lawyer and consul provided money for the Algerians in order to recruit them as spies and report on the whereabouts of the children to be smuggled to France”.

“ I ask the Algerian government to intervene decisively to protect the national sovereignty”, she says citing the case of the child Safia, who was uprooted from the Algerian Arab-Islamic origins, after being thrown into the arms of a Christian family.
