Three security guards injured in a roadside bomb explosion east of Algeria
Three Algerian security guards injured in a bomb blast in Babour, north of Setif, east of Algeria. According to information reaching Echorouk, they were on board of a Peugeot 405 when t a bomb exploded and caused their injuries, as citizens took them to the hospital.

The car driver “M.L” 40 was dangerously injured and remains in coma, as he was wounded in different parts of the body, while his colleagues from Ain Ouelman and Beida Bordj are injured lightly, and the car is destroyed.

Echorouk sources said the municipal guard’s car was subject to surveillance by a terrorist group that set an ambush, placed a bomb in their way, and remotely controlled it by a mobile phone. Terrorists are not yet identified and Algerian forces launch a combing operation in the mountains of Babor known for harbouring terrorist groups.
