Two terrorists accused of joining a terrorist group get 20 years prison by the criminal court of Algiers.

The two terrorists are “A.A” and “KH.N”. They were arrested in a security checkpoint on April 2008 owning two pistols and one of them carried a false identity card.

Two other terrorists get 10 years prison on charges of paying tribute to terrorism. During the hearing Tuesday the main accused “A.A”, living in Boudouaou, Algiers, recognised that he joined a terrorist group in Tizi Ouzou Mountains, confirming that he was obliged to do so that’s why he decided to leave the terrorist group and pretended he is ill and wants to leave and when they stopped him he decided to escape definitively, according to him, asking help from his friend, the second accused “KH.N” and they met in Tizi Ouzou to go to Boudouaou in order to surrender.
