Algerian armed forces killed two terrorists following an air strike in the Mizrana forest on the border between Boumerdes and Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers, identical sources told Echorouk.

• The outcome came after a military operation targeting the region after information about the movement of leaders in the GSPC Salafist Group or AQIM for a secret meeting.

• The clean-up military operation by the Army troops which followed the air strikes resulted in the killing of two terrorists.

• A terrorist also surrendered in Beghlia, east of Boumerdes last week end after four years of joining the terrorist group leaving his region in Ouled Abbas. He handed over his Kalashnikov, now he is subjected to investigation in aggravating circumstances.
