UPM Parliamentary Assembly: Algerian parliamentary delegation in Brussels

ALGIERS- A People's National Assembly (parliament) delegation takes part Thursday in Brussels in the works of the Union for the Mediterranean (UpM) Parliamentary Assembly's committee on Political Affairs, Security and Human Rights and the finance workgroup as well as a revision of the union's regulations.

The agenda of committee on Political Affairs, Security and Human Rights includes an exchange of views on “common security risks in the Mediterranean, ways to build closer cooperation within the framework of the UpM, escalation of violence against the religious communities in the Middle East and the political management of religious tolerance,” said Wednesday a Parliament’s statement.
