Virgin Mega Stores present Ragheb Alameh with a platinum record

According to the London daily Elaph, for the first time Virgin Mega Stores Company in the Middle East in Dubai gave an invitation to the famous Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alameh to be present in order to give him the Platinum copy of his latest album which is called “Basha’ak” (In Love with You). A year after its release the album succeeded in making the highest sales and came at the top of the list of all mega stores around the world.

• Nisreen Shuqair, the president of the Virgin Mega Stores in the Middle East was present in person to give Alameh the Platinum copy and there were a number of VIP’s and people of the press that attended the ceremony.
•  As for the superstar Alameh, he said that Virgin Mega Stores is a unique place for him in the Arab world because through the Mega Stores he can be close to his fans. He also expressed how happy he is for receiving such an award, which he considers an honor and milestone in his career.
• Despite the many changes that occurred in the music world now, Alameh is glad that his fans are still loyal regardless of their age. It is needless to say that the album “Bashak” is Alameh’s 15th released album since the start of his musical journey 25 years ago. The album “Bashak” is sold exclusively at the Mega Stores where it includes a DVD of scenes for Alameh and his musical journey and pictures from behind the scenes.
•  As for the clips Alameh had filmed three songs from the album “Bashak” and they are “Ana Weyak” (You And Me), “Sir Hobi” (The Secret Of My Love) and “Yagheeb” (Away). He is also preparing to film a fourth video clip from the same album since all the previous clips made great success.
•  On the other hand, Alameh recently arrived in Dubai coming from Tunisia where he held a huge live concert there. After Dubai he will travel to Cairo to perform at a private celebration. While in Cairo he will meet with some poets and composers to start preparing for a new project. He will also prepare himself for a busy summer season of great live concerts that will be done in new and special ways.
