Spokesman for the White House Sean Spicer said Algeria and other 45 countries’ nationals with Muslim majority are not concerned by Trump’s travel ban list.

A video was widely shared on social media showing Spicer interview by ABC TV channel. He defended Trump’s procedure to prevent seven countries with Muslim majority from entering the US.

He said the procedure does not target Muslims as there other countries with Muslim majority including Algeria which are not mentioned in the ban list.

He added that nationals from 46 countries with Muslim majority can enter the US without any problem. He mentioned Algeria, Kuwait, Jordan and Oman.

This comes as fears were raised of the possibility of including other Muslimo countries in the travel ban list.
