10 heads o f security departments, young officers transferred to dangerous slums

Major General Abdelghani Hamel, who is also Director General of National Security, launched a movement of transfers at Algiers securty services that included 10 security heads of departments, and heads of public security factions, with upgrading a number of them and ending others’ tasks.
First movements of change in Algiers’ security services of this year has been proposed by the head and the first dean of police Noureddine Boufellaka, ten heads of security administrations of the total 13 provinces, with the termination of tasks of two heads of security departments.
Movement included both the head of Dar Bida security department, first dean of police Mr. Hamouni, who was transferred to head the security of Bir Mourad Rais province, as the head of security department of Sidi M’Hamed, first dean of police, Samir Khellasi, was transferred to the security department of Dar Bida, successor to the first dean of police Hamouni.
Security movement included the chief of Cheraga security department, first dean of police Mahris Abdelhak, who was referred to the security department of Bouzareah, and was succeeded by Hussein Day security department, first dean of police, Al Hachemi, as the security chief of Baraki security department, first dean of police Kheznat Mohamed, was transferred to the security department of Rouiba.
Movement included upgrading the head of Bouzareah public security platoon, the first dean of police Hadji Youcef, to head of security department for Baraki.
